Users wash their hands in the top zone, and dump waste in the bottom zone. The design prevents splashing from the bottom zone from contaminating the top zone.

The Hand-Wash Tray is removable, and can be placed in a glass washing machine. When cleaning is made easy & convenient, it's more likely to happen. The forward pitch makes it impossible to be used as a storage basin.

As hand-washing becomes more of a public health priority, consumers will want easier access to sinks. Auto-Guard™ units can stand alone or be placed next to trash bins in Fast Food, QSR, Coffee Shops, Airports, Hospitals, Hotels, Schools, Cafeterias, and more. People can also empty their cups in Auto-Guard™ before throwing them away, keeping liquids out of the trash. Dripping trash bags are unappetizing, and wet floors are hazardous.
